For us, there’s nothing more exciting than the promise of Spring. Longer days, lighter evenings and beautiful buds blossoming into buxom blooms makes our hearts light and puts a spring in our step (sorry, bad pun!). With that in mind, today’s inspiration mood board comes courtesy of the white and yellow palette of narcissi daffodils – possibly the most cheerful flower around – with grey accents to create a refined elegance amongst a buoyant colour scheme.
For this Spring wedding theme, we’re thinking of a very relaxed affair. We want to see flowers in the bride’s hair, a ramshackle collection of foraged glassware sporting freshly cut flowers from the garden and a sense of laid-back fun. Nature should be at the heart of the celebration. The bohemian styles of Johanna Hehir, Charlie Brear and even the sun kissed chiffon of Belle and Bunty lend themselves to being the perfect Spring wedding dress. You’ll want to make sure that there are wellies and brollies galore to help your wedding guests dodge those April showers, but there’s nothing to say that they can’t coordinate with the rest of your decor!
