We may have slightly overdosed on Mini Eggs whilst researching this blog post, but we can’t quite get over how fun Easter is as a theme for wedding styling. Brides making the most of the long Bank Holiday weekend and the start of Spring are blessed with a whole plethora of ideas when it comes to putting the decorative elements of the day together. From an Easter egg hunt for guests in order to find their places for dinner, to the simple yet exciting  cornucopia of chocolate wedding favours, there’s a lot of fun to be had with an Easter wedding.
We definitely think a pastel palette is the way to go, such as with a kaleidoscope of Maids to Measure bridesmaids dresses and the softest pink blooms for bouquets and displays. A pop of colour is always welcome in the usually neutral palette of weddings and we want to see a whole smattering of colourful, glossy foiled eggs strewn amongst the tables of a wedding breakfast.
For the bride, we’re thinking soft and pretty but fun and flirty, which is why we’ve picked out a dazzling Maria Senvo number and the show-stopping ostrich feather skirt by Charlie Brear.
