Q. Can you help me choose my accessories even if I haven't bought my dress at Perfect Day?

A. This is absolutely fine. We love helping brides, as well as their bridesmaids, Mum's and future Mum-in-laws, no matter where they have bought their dresses and outfits.

Q. Can you dye shoes and handbags?

A. Certainly, prices are from £30 and now handbags dyed the same colour as the shoes are dyed free of charge.

Q. Can you do alterations on dresses not bought at Perfect Day?

A. Yes, this is not a problem. We have two seamstresses available to help you. Just call to book an appointment with them.

Q. Are alterations included in the cost of the dress?

A. No they are not. We have given this a lot of thought and have decided not to include the price as some brides don't need much done and some need lots done.

Q. Do I have to book an appointment?

A. It is always advisable to book an appointment so that we have an assistant and a changing room free for you. However, if we are not too busy then we may be able to fit you in. You are welcome to browse during our normal opening hours.

Q. Can you iron my dress even if I haven't bought it at Perfect Day?

A. No problem, but you will need to book it in. Bridal gowns cost £30 and bridesmaids £15. If you need a gown bag too, then they are £10 each.

Q. I haven't got anyone to help me get dressed on my wedding day, can you help?

A. Yes we can come to your home or venue to help you, but you will need to book well in advance. Price will depend on travelling distance. Prices start at £20.
